IT support is Onega's original and core IT service. Working with
our existing client sectors and any new ones we aim to provide the
most effective IT support they need to keep their business on course.
Service level agreements tend to be individualised where we try
to get away from the "this is what we do and how we do it"
approach. We sit done with the client and discuss where they are,
where they want to be and what investment budget they are working
with. From this a service level agreement is reached that is achievable
and acceptable to all parties.
Support areas include: Servers, Desktops, Firewalls, and Routers,
VPN systems, Web services and hosting based systems.
IT support is provided via telephone, email, remote support and
on-site visits.
